Refund policy
We accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these requirements.
Please note that all items that are custom-made, bespoke, or commissioned are a final sale.
Email us at info@elisabo.co before returning any items and provide us with your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent without our prior agreement. Once we receive the item and upon checking, we will refund you via the original form of payment.
The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the purchaser. We are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for returns at this time. A traceable return shipping method is required. ELISA BO does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to ELISA BO.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks from the date of receipt of the product to the original purchaser’s payment method. Note that the original shipping cost included in the sale's price, import duties, and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods.
